Cheese of the Month - No 15

Nannykins by Leagrams Cheese

Leagrams is an organic diary in the quaint village of Chipping, the family run diary has a great tradition of producing fantastic local artisanal cheese using the finest local milks. Nannykins is a young goats curd cheese which is creamy yet still with enough goatyness to know you are eating a goats cheese. Produced in little green wax coated truckles this cheese is avaliable at all good local cheese-mongers, I used this crumbled as a topping for a mousakka and it was delicious.
